Refunds

Your access opens as soon as you pay. By paying, you ask for that immediate access and you give up your 14-day right to cancel. That is what regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows for digital content available straight away.

A refund is still possible if you ask within 48 hours of your purchase: write to plassiette@proton.me from the address you used to pay, and tell us why. The money goes back to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest. After those 48 hours, no refund is given.

The monthly subscription stops whenever you like: write to us and it is cancelled within 48 hours. Your access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Intellectual property

The text, recipes, images and logo of Plassiette are protected. Reproduction without permission is not allowed. Supermarket logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say where the shopping list can be used.

Health information

The meal plans follow general nutrition guidance (the NHS Eatwell Guide) and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian. The “gluten-free” option swaps ingredients that usually contain gluten, but it cannot guarantee there are no traces: people with coeliac disease should check the labels. The “no pork” option leaves out recipes with pork and cured meats. Foods you mark as disliked are a matter of taste, not an allergy filter. Plassiette does not take allergies or medical diets into account.
