The text, recipes, images and logo of Plassiette are protected. Reproduction without permission is not allowed. Supermarket logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say where the shopping list can be used.

Health information

The meal plans follow general nutrition guidance (the NHS Eatwell Guide) and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian. The “gluten-free” option swaps ingredients that usually contain gluten, but it cannot guarantee there are no traces: people with coeliac disease should check the labels. Plassiette does not take other allergies or medical diets into account.
