Refunds

Your access opens as soon as you pay. There is no statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases in the United States, so this is the policy that applies.

A refund is possible if you ask within 48 hours of your purchase: write to plassiette@proton.me from the address you used to pay, and tell us why. The money goes back to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest. After those 48 hours, no refund is given.

The monthly subscription stops whenever you like: write to us and it is cancelled within 48 hours. Your access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Intellectual property

Plassiette's texts, recipes, visuals and logo are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Store names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to indicate where your grocery list can be used.

Health information

Meal plans follow general nutrition guidelines and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. The “gluten-free” option replaces ingredients that usually contain gluten, but doesn't guarantee the absence of traces: people with celiac disease should always check labels. The “no pork” option leaves out recipes with pork and cured meats. Foods you mark as disliked are a matter of taste, not an allergy filter. Plassiette doesn't account for allergies or medical diets.
