Plassiette

Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on plassiette.com. By paying, you accept them. Who runs the site, and how to reach them, is on the legal notice page.

1. What Plassiette does

Plassiette builds your week of meals (lunches and dinners) and the matching shopping list from six answers. The free version shows the lunches and part of the list. Full access opens the dinners, the step-by-step recipes, the complete list with estimated prices and use-by dates, swapping a meal and planning the week again.

2. Prices and payment

Two options: $9.99 a month, cancel any time, or $69 once for lifetime access. Prices include tax where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe: Plassiette never sees or stores your card number. Your access opens as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

3. Immediate access and the right to cancel

Your access opens as soon as you pay. There is no statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases in the United States, so the refund policy below is what applies.

4. Refunds

A refund is possible if you ask within 48 hours of your purchase: write to plassiette@proton.me from the address you used to pay, and tell us why. The money goes back to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest. After those 48 hours, no refund is given.

5. Cancelling the subscription

The monthly subscription stops whenever you like: write to us and it is cancelled within 48 hours. Your access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Lifetime access is a one-off payment, with nothing charged later.

6. Your access: your account, or your device

If you have created an account, your full access belongs to it: sign in on any device and it is there. Without an account, access is saved in the browser of the device you paid with; if you change device or browser, or clear the site data, write to plassiette@proton.me from the address you used to pay and we will restore your access.

7. Personal use

The meal plans, recipes and shopping lists are for your own use. Reselling, sharing publicly or republishing them is not allowed.

8. Health

The meal plans follow general nutrition guidance and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian. The “gluten-free” option cannot rule out traces, and the “no pork” option leaves out recipes with pork and cured meats. Foods you mark as disliked are a matter of taste, not an allergy filter. Allergies are not taken into account.

9. Availability and liability

The site may be interrupted for maintenance or because a third-party service fails. The budgets shown are estimates based on publicly collected prices and may differ from the prices in your shop. Plassiette is not liable for those differences, or for food choices made from the meal plans.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one online on the day you pay.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute belongs to the French courts, without affecting the consumer protection rules of the state you live in. If something goes wrong, write to plassiette@proton.me first.
